Julia Stewart is a Castlemaine-based artist whose work explores everyday environments. She draws inspiration from domestic spaces, familiar objects, and the local landscape, using colour, line, and form to create paintings that reflect a quiet connection to place. Her process is grounded in close observation and an interest in the shapes and rhythms of ordinary life.
Julia completed a Bachelor of Fine Arts at the Victorian College of the Arts in 2016, and has exhibited at C3 Contemporary, Bus Projects, Arthouse Gallery, Sunday Salon, Rubicon, and The Design Files Gallery..
